Nice to see so many Boro players at the RBC-Ocean game tonight. Great match as Ocean pulls the 1-0 upset before a huge crowd. A few first hand observations about Ocean.
- They are fast. Both foot speed and the way they play - throw in or free kick, they immediately put it in play. If you are not ready they are past you.
- They attack from outside the box. They fire away from 20, 30+ yards out with power and accuracy. If they get a rebound off a defender or the keeper doesn't handle it clean they are there looking for the rebound.
- They are physical, almost as much as Wall was. They are not shy about falling down either. Keep your hands down.
- #20 is real good. Has 10 of their 28 goals so far and 5 assists. Better know where she is at all times.
Ocean is a CJ Group 3 team. They compete with Boro in the B-North division of the Shore Conference. Ocean and Boro have played 8 times in the past 3 years. Each game is a war.

Ocean finished 2011 with a record of 10-9-2. They are 7-1 so far in 2012 having just beat RBC 1-0.
