- All teams with a .500 record will be eligible. The seeding will follow all Shore Conference Rules and Regulations. Coaches from each division will be invited to seed the teams.
- The Cut-Off for selection will be Sunday October 19, 2014.
- The seeding meeting will be held at 7:30pm at Wall High School on Monday, October 20, 2014.
- The first rounds of the tournament will be played at the HIGHER SEEDED TEAMS home court.
- 2 40 minute halves, then 2 10 minute 'golden goal' overtimes, then 5 player shootout.
